上学大的时候看过这篇文章，非常喜欢，当时还经常模仿录音，现在回想起来真的很有意思，还有一句话非常喜 ...

我觉得这个视频太有创意了。

网上看到的很好的视频，简答的数字向我们传达出我们地球的现状，我们整天为了那些细琐的小事烦恼不已，却不能发现自己其实真的真的很幸福，村上春树曾提出一个词“小确幸”（微小而确实的幸福），就像：　小确幸的感觉在于小，每一枚小确幸持续的时间3秒至3分钟不等。小确幸就是这样一些东西：摸摸口袋，发现居然有钱；电话响了，拿起听筒发现是刚才想念的人；你打算买的东西恰好降价了；完美地磕开了一个鸡蛋；吃妈妈做的炒鸡蛋；排队时，你所在的队动得最快；自己一直想买的东西，但是很贵，一天你偶然的在小摊便宜的买到了；当你运动完后，喝的冰镇透了的饮料——“唔，是的，就是它”……它们是生活中小小的幸运与快乐，是流淌在生活的每个瞬间且稍纵即逝的美好，是内心的宽容与满足，是对人生的感恩和珍惜。当我们逐一将这些“小确幸”拾起的时候，也就找到了最简单的快乐！  
我们常常忽视那些小确幸，却去自寻烦恼，以至于整天愁眉苦脸。当我们真的明白什么是幸福，我们会感慨：幸福就在眼前，我却一直没发现。

不沉迷于留念过去，不过分的憧憬未来，活于现在，是最好的。

There would be:
57 Asians, 21 Europeans,14 from the Western Hemisphere, both north and south. 8 Africans. 52 would be female , 48 would be male, 70 would be non-white, 30 would be white , 70 would be non-Christian, 30 would be Christian, 89 would be heterosexual, 11 would be homosexual, 6people would possess 59 of the entire world’s wealth and all 6 would be from the United States. 80 would live in substandard housing, 70 would be unable to read, 50 would suffer from malnutrition. 1 would be near death; 1 would be near birth. 1 (yes, only 1) would have a college education. 1 would own a computer.
If you woke up this morning with more health than illness you are more blessed than the millions who will not survive this week. If you have never experienced the danger of battle, the lone liness of imprisonment, the agony of torture, or the pangs of starvation. You are ahead of 5 hundred million people in the world . if you have food in the refrigerator, clothes on your back, a roof overhead and a place to sleep. You are  richer than 75% of this world. If you have money in the bank , in your wallet , and spare change is dish someplace , you are among the top 80% of the world’s wealth. If your parents are still alive and still married. You are very rare, evening the United Stated an Canada. Someone once said : What goes around comes around.                                                                    
So work like you don’t need the money.
Love like you’ve never been hurt.
Dance like nobody’s watching.
Sing like nobody’s listening.
Live like it’s Heaven on Earth

可以这么说，人生没有所谓幸福和失败。因为无论你做什么事，都是平等的，例如你买一瓶水，要付出代价，这样一差一补，你还是你。
这种看待的话，你就不会把痛苦看做悲哀，不会把成功看做骄傲，不以物喜，不以己悲。
这样子，你就是一个心理健康的人。
色即是空，空即是色。一切都是浮云！
